SwiftSched

Scheduling software for recurring service businesses

Less driving between stops, with you in control of the route

SwiftSched route optimization shows your technician’s current stop order next to a shorter suggested order, with estimated miles and drive time for both. You see which stops moved and which could not be included, then apply the new route or dismiss it. Less driving means more stops per day, lower fuel costs, and technicians who finish on time.

  • Current route and suggested route side by side
  • Estimated miles and drive time for both
  • Outdated suggestions cannot be applied by mistake
  • Included on every plan

See the difference before you commit

The current route and the suggested one are measured the same way, with the same map data, so the comparison is fair. If today’s order is not set yet, SwiftSched tells you what it compared against.

Nothing hidden

You see any stops that were left out and why, such as a missing address, whether live traffic was used, and when the suggestion was calculated.

Apply it or dismiss it

Nothing changes until you approve it. If the schedule changed after a suggestion was made, the old suggestion is blocked so a technician never gets a stale route. Every decision is saved.

Track what it saved

SwiftSched adds up the estimated miles and drive time from routes you applied. Enter your own cost per mile or per hour and it will show estimated dollar savings too.

Frequently asked questions

How much drive time can route optimization save?

It depends on how spread out your stops are today. SwiftSched shows the estimated saving for each suggested route before you apply it, so you can judge it on your own days rather than on an advertised average.

Does SwiftSched use live traffic?

Each suggestion says whether live traffic data was used. SwiftSched does not label a calculation as live traffic when it was not.

Is route optimization included on every plan?

Yes. Every SwiftSched plan includes route suggestions, from the $39 Start plan up.
